Schedule of Events

2pm - 4pm: Socialize & share potluck "lunch"

We'll have an optional energy mixing exercise from 2:15 - 2:30.

This is the perfect time to meet and learn more about your fellow New Culture enthusiasts in an informal setting.

4pm - 6pm

Touch & Sher will lead a structured workshop activity in the Great Room upstairs. Please be on time to participate in this activity!

Guests who don't want to partcipate in the workshop activity are welcome to hang-out around the pool. Please respect the space of the workshop upstairs.

6pm-7pm

Hugs, Goodbyes, Cleanup & Departure.

Where

Sharing this invitation with your friends

  • Be sure they know it's an alternative cultural space.
  • Have them read this invite, especially the etiquette.
  • Introduce them around, clue them in, help make them welcome!

We will provide

  • Bubbly and still bottled water
  • Plates, cups, napkins, cutlery
  • Spa and swimming pool

Things to bring

  • A contribution for the early afternoon Potluck
  • Other snacks and beverages to share
  • A towel for the spas and pools
  • Hat, sarong, sunscreen

Let us know in advance if you would like to

  • Use our grill or kitchen to cook something
  • Fulfill any other needs or ideas requiring preparation

Pu'uhonua Etiquette & Guidelines

Bestowing our affections

  • Our community gatherings can be very loving and intimate
    • they are not occasions for open sexual expression.
  • Please check in with that other human,
    • at least with eye contact,
    before hugging them or showering them with your physical affection.
  • Please help keep Pu'uhonua a true place of refuge.

Clothing is Optional around the Pool!

  • You are welcome to wear a swimsuit or not as you please
  • Clothing is generally optional at Pu'uhonua
  • Our natural state is not a come-on:
    • Please treat unclothed and lightly-clothed people with extra consideration!
  • You might want to bring or borrow a Sarong - they're very handy!.

Children are very welcome

  • They require your supervision!
  • Especially around the pool and spa!

Parking

  • Please park on Verda and walk down the driveway.
  • It's OK to drop stuff down at the house first.

Matter Out Of Place

  • This is a leave no trace event!
  • Please help us reduce and eliminate MOOP!
  • Please clean up after yourself and others.
  • Please treat the street area the same.
